Power Supply: As a power output city, Rizhao has sufficient power supply. The first phase of Rizhao Power Plant (700MW) is in operation. Extended generating sets of 3x600 MW are under construction at present and Lanshan Power Plant is preparing to construct with an installed capacity of 5000 MW.

Water Supply: Rizhao has adequate water supply in Northern China with an average annual rainfall of 900mm and the total resource capacity of 1.7 billion m3. There are 5 large reservoirs in the city with water supply capacity of 1,200,000 t/d.

Heating Supply:There are 3 thermal power plants in urban areas and Ju County, WulianCounty and Lanshan District also have thermal power plants that can meet the demand for heating.
Gas Supply:There are 2 natural gas stations in urban areas. Trunk pipes have been completed and they can meet the demand for gas.
